Mission and Philosopy
We are committed to providing quality services to people with identified mental health and developmental needs to assist them in maintaining independence in their community. We will always respond in a prompt and respectful manner to any request and/or concerns by the people we are serving. We will ensure that staff is carefully trained to provide services in a manner that enhances dignity and promotes the welfare and development of each person being served.
We are committed to supporting children with special needs and helping them achieve their needs, desires, and future dreams. We are also committed to keeping with the belief that the option of choice for permanency for the child is reunification with his/her legal parents and that child and family team are focused on the family as a unit and not solely on the child. We realize every child is unique. For this reason, we utilize a variety of strategies to ensure that the match between family and child will give the child a sense of stability, belonging and being loved. Our goal is to provide children with a caring home and increase their self esteem for the future.
