CAP-MR/DD Services

Home and Community Supports:
Instruction and assistance coupled with supports, supervision, and engaging participation to enable the consumer to acquire and maintain skills that will allow him or her to function with greater independence in the community.

Personal Care:
Supports, supervision, and engaging participation with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living. 

Respite:
Provide Relief for family or primary caregiver. 

Home Supports:
Support services designed to meet the habilitation and personal care needs of adult participants (18 years or older) who choose to live with and receive supports from their family.

Developmental Therapy:
Developmental disability service that includes individually designed instruction, training, or functional developmental intervention activities designed to support the individual in the acquisition of skills.

Personal Assistance:
Assistance given so the consumer can engage in activities and interactions from which he or she would otherwise be limited or excluded because of a disability.
